Join us on Monday, April 22nd, as we come together to toast the achievements of all your 4/20 festivities and celebrate its passing.
We have decided to move this month's Cannabis Insiders meeting to accommodate the busy 4/20 period, ensuring everyone can participate and come refreshed and renewed.
In addition to the regular industry fun and socializing that we always have at our meetings we will cover important CIAO organization developments (2024 Board election, new policy committee) and OLCC Policy developments.
Please Note, New Meeting Format: April will be the first month of our new meeting format, 6:00-7:30 member and member's guests only - 7:30-on all cannabis industry professionals (additional details below).

- Post 4/20 Industry Celebration: Reflect on our collective triumphs and the vibrancy of our recent endeavors.
- CIAO Policy Committee Discussion: Learn about our NEW policy committee how you can get involved with it and how we will develop policy priorities.
- CIAO 2024 Board Election Discussion: Find out how you can participate in shaping the leadership that will steer our community forward.

Exclusive Members & Member Guests Section
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Agenda:
- 6:00 PM: Doors Open Members Only. Exclusive entry for members and their personally invited guests, fostering an intimate environment for focused discussions.
- 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Primary Program. This segment includes guest speakers and CIAO (Cannabis Industry Association Outreach?) presentations, offering insights, updates, and valuable information tailored for members and guests.
Open Section for All Invited Cannabis Industry Professionals
Time: 7:30 PM Onwards
Agenda:
- 7:30 PM: Doors Open To All Registered Guests. Expanding the audience to include non-members who have registered in advance, welcoming a broader spectrum of industry professionals.
- 7:30 PM - 7:40 PM: One Minute Member Spotlights. A rapid-fire showcase, allowing members to highlight their businesses or contributions to the cannabis industry, fostering community recognition and opportunities.
- 7:40 PM Onwards: Industry Fun. An amazing opportunity to enjoy food, drink, festivities, socializing, and networking. The latter part of the evening is dedicated to building connections, enjoying food and drink, and celebrating the cannabis industry in a more relaxed and festive atmosphere.
We hope you all support this change. This structured approach not only honors the contributions of current members but also opens doors for prospective members and guests to engage, learn, and network within the cannabis industry. It strikes a balance between formal presentations and informal networking, aiming to enrich the community with both knowledge and relationships.
