ORCA's September Members Meeting will be on Monday, September 16th. Due to a large number of events we had to move our meeting date a little. Our guest speaker will be Chloe Eudaly, City of Portland Commissioner who over sees portland's cannabis program. Additionally, we will go over the latest developments with the OLCC's 2019 rule writing.
