Important Deadlines:
June 15 --- Early bird deadline
Early bird pricing-all vendors and exhibitors signing on before this date receive $250 off, and all ORCA members receive an additional $250 off.
August 15-OLCC paperwork deadline
We are an OLCC permitted event, so all product vendors wishing to bring THC containing products to the event must sign on and fill out the appropriate paperwork by this date.
September 9-Exhibitor and Vendor deadline
Vendors and exhibitors not bringing THC touching products can sign on through this date. Interchange events frequently sell out as we have limited space and meetings are scheduled based on contract and payment date. In other words...don’t wait!
