ORCA's July Monthly Membership meeting will be on Monday, July 26th.

This month, we will continue to discuss the fallout from the 2021 Legislative Session and begin to focus on the fights to come in the 2022 short session next February.

To give us some insight into what we can expect to come down the road, we'll be joined by one of our industry's most consistent legislative champions, Rep. Julie Fahey!  Be sure to arrive early to the zoom meeting, as Rep. Fahey will be speaking at 6:45pm - right at the start of our meeting.  So join us!


Our three big areas of focus for this session - and all of which will likely remain relevant for the 2022 session as well - have been fighting the MULTIPLE bills that proposed cannabis tax increases, the effort to help pass Cannabis Equity Act (HB 3112),  and SB 408 - our Cannabis Omnibus Bill!
