On Thursday February 18th, 2021, ORCA will hold the next meeting of our Social Equity and Racial Justice [SERJ] Committee.  We hope you'll join us!

To deepen our industry's commitment to fighting systemic injustices and ending discrimination, it's more important than ever that we work hard to promote equity, justice, inclusion, and accountability - and we need your help.

That's why we're creating a platform within our association to help elevate the voices of our black and brown members, to highlight issues of concern for communities of color (and any others disproportionately impacted by the failed war on drugs), and to initiate much needed policy reforms.

The SERJ committee is a vehicle to grow political power for people of color in the cannabis industry.  The committee works alongside ORCA staff to impact policy, political, and business matters - but it is an autonomous group led by its members, who will steer our efforts directly.
