ORCA's February Monthly Membership meeting will be on Monday, February 22nd!

Our February meeting will continue to highlight the ongoing efforts of our staff and other allied stakeholder groups on some of the important legislative packages we've been working on - many of which are beginning to gain momentum at the critical early stages of the session. Don't miss it!

In addition to outstanding progress of the Cannabis Equity Act (HB 3112 - our top legislative priority of the session), we also have a slew of bills that could help dramatically improve the operating conditions within our industry. There's also a handful of bills that seek to raise the taxes on retail cannabis sales, and we are strongly opposing those bills.  So join us on the 22nd to learn how you can be a part of helping us grow the industry and shut down tax increases!
