ORCA's October Members Meeting will be on Monday, October 28th. Our Guest speaker will be Oregon State Rep. Rob Nosse HD-42.   He is one of our biggest champions in the Legislature and he he wants to connect with the industry as he gears up for Oregon's short legislative session in February 2020.   Additionally, we continue our coverage of the OLCC's 2019 rules writing and how you can influence the outcome.
