Currently, Oregon statute forbids cannabis export. Even if cannabis trade becomes federally legal, without fixing state statute, Oregon would not be allowed to participate. The 2019 Legislative session is our opportunity to pass a bill allowing the Executive Branch to approve interstate cannabis transfers as soon as legally viable.
